We offer passenger handling and management services to our partners and tour operators at all phases of their airport experience and during their stay in the Maldives. Currently we manage and serve 29 tour operators which includes some of the largest in Europe.

  • Meet and assist at the airport on arrival and departure.
  • Coordinate all transfers from/to airport.
  • Manage Reservations to resorts where the tour operator does not have contracts.
  • Check with the resorts for type of transfers and room category.
  • Assist clients and their families in emergency situations such as medical/fatal cases.
  • Dealing with all unexpected cases such as domestic and international flight delays and cancellations, seaplane delays, and overbookings.
  • Arranging overnight transit accommodations if required for clients.
